- Matching Grant - International Literacy Project to prevent school dropouts in Dindigul, India 2006
Started in 2006 in a prevention of school dropouts in Dindigul, India. This is the "Goat Project", entrepreneurial funds generated from donated goats for each student. The students use the goats as source if income to learn business practices, To keep the goat they must be in school full time. Temecula Sunrise and the District 5330 combined to fund $5,584, Dindigul West India and and their district D5300 provided $5,100 and the foundation provided $10,684 in matching funds for this project. 35 Rotarians for Dindigul West have been directly involved in this project.

- Clean Water Project, Dharmapuri India, 2007
We are currently in the second year of our clean water project in Dharmapuri India. The goal is to provide a 30 unit toilet block at the Avvvaiyar Government Girls School in Dharmapuri. Temecula Sunrise and D5330 provided $3,500, the Rotary Club of Dharmapuri and D2980 added $3,250 and the Rotary foundation provided $5,250 in matching funds. The project construction is underway at this time.
- Clean Water for Odurowo Village, Uganda 2008; Update 2009
Last year was the first year we were involved in the Districts Odoworo Village project, Temecula Rotary and D5330 funded $2,600.00, the same amount was funded in Uganda, and the foundation matched 50% of the total combined funds. For a total of $7,800.00 towards their clean water project. It is currently being funded.
This Year we are also funding $1,300 for Clean Water in Odoworo Village.
MASQUITO NETS PROJECT:
This year we are Funding $1,500.00 for Odoworo Villagers Mosquito nets.
